Licensing is coming

As I thought it would.  Google have paid a huge amount to start commercial deliveries so the rest of us will have to suck it up and pay as well - about $20 a year which is bloody expensive if you think about what you car licence costs only slightly more and most use that every day.

Another revenue grab with little in it for us, but more regulation.  Not sure how Google will go once they launch as there have already been many noise complaints and I can't wait to see how creative people get at bringing them down after being ignored...

This sport of thing REALLY shits me.

I already pay for a drivers licence.

and for a firearms licence (funny I used to have a 'lifetime licence' until that was taken from me and 100's of 1000's of other shooters)

Now they want me to pay an annual fee for a 'drone licence'?  Well they can GAGF !
